disc-like beads in green and blue on the four "turned up" panels that circle the base

Looks and feels like a silk blended with either elastic or nylon since it has some stretch

as well as lace trim diagonally at torso and across the length of the skirt

Size "16" (vintage sizing, does NOT correlate with today's sizing Bust 32 Condition: Envelope shows tearing, creasing and wear corners and top flap as seen in pics. The patterns are all in good condition
