Antique 5¼ Inch Steel Liverpool Driving Bit - Bit1015 dec23 Dimensions :Length : 8¾" (22This is a late 19th or early 20th century steel driving bit . It has a few dark tarnished areas but could be burnished to a shine. The cheeks are stamped "Best Steel". The straight bar mouthpiece is half twisted or reversible. It is stamped "B. C."The cheeks can turn, each has two curb rein slots. The bit has its original steel curb hooks and heavy curb chain. Mouthpiece 13. 5cm (5") Cheeks 22. 8cm (9")Weight 880g (1lb 15oz)
